I felt stuck and alone in parenting until I began meeting online with Madeleine. My partner was the one working and I became the main parent at home and just didn't have enough resources or people I trusted to bounce ideas with or let off steam. Madeleine is so skilled, experienced, down to earth, and funny it was easy to connect with her and walk away with actionable, simple, grounded things to try. I worked with Madeleine for about a little over a year straight and I continue to keep in touch with her. I have many more resources now and what I worked on with Madeleine continues to serve me well. Still, I know I can lean on Madeleine again and I definitely will. I contacted Madeline about an issue where we were really stuck in parenting. I had reached out to other parenting coaches and teachers but had not been able to find someone who felt confident about working with us on our issue (or whose services were in our price range). I came across Madeline's website and booked a first call with her. She is kind, caring, very down to earth, and most importantly, as far as I'm concerned, a total expert in her field. She helped me connect with the Hand in Hand Basic Class (a self-paced class), which is amazing in and of itself, AND, offered private support sessions, as well as a group support option, for a very reasonable cost. As soon as we began working together, the mystery of this issue with my child began coming into focus and becoming less mysterious, and making more and more sense to me. Madeline was able to help me hone in on areas where I needed to improve, and understand how I could use the tools of Hand in Hand to navigate this challenge with our child. And we have had success! I recommend working with her, without reservation. She is a beautiful soul, and I felt immediately as if she were an long-time friend. She's totally non-judgemental, and at the same time, able to get down to business, and help guide through the really tough parts of parenting. I will continue to reach out to her for support, and am so deeply grateful to have connected with Hand in Hand, and especially with Madeline.

I consulted with Madeleine years ago when I was going through major potty training struggles with my daughter. I was at a complete loss as to what to do and I didn't want to use some of the traditional harsh methods out there, and bribes didn't work. Via Madeleine's sound advice, I was able to go with the flow and be so much more at ease with my daughter's potty training journey.
