While I know the team do a wonderful job in times of emergency. I just called to ask for help for an older neighbour who has no phone or internet who has a large tree on top of their house. The SES guy said the neighbour would have to call himself. I said this was not possible. And he said that there was nothing he could do. I then told him that Google has the incorrect number for Mullum SES and he said there was nothing he could do about that. Meanwhile dozens of people are calling a private number. I understand they are busy at this time but he was sadly unhelpful.
