Great little post office.
Parking can be limited at busier times but you can usually get a spot out front. Staff are helpful and friendly. Red posting box is right out front. Will be my go to whenever I need to post something from now on.

The man who works there is the rudest person I've ever met. He looks like he's hating life and taking out his pain on the customers. If you don't want to work there go work in a morgue, you might smile more.

The guy who works here is extremely rude. Iv called them 3 times to try and find my package and 3 times he has told me he’s too busy to check or to call back tomorrow. What kind of customer service is this? I got a notification saying my package is at this post office and I called to double check, he told me 3 times he doesn’t have to check it if I got the notification. On the 4th time I called he finally checked if it were there for me and it wasn’t there. His finals words to me were “are you happy now”. This place need new staff because their behaviour is horrible

Update: I went to check if my package was there and it was even tho the guy told me it’s not. The man who works there literally yelled at me and told me not to leave a review as he didn’t do anything wrong and apparently he wasn’t rude. He argued with me for 5 minutes yelling and carrying on infront of other customers. Absolutely disgusting. As I walked out the post office the other customers said how rude and appalling his manners and customer service is.
I do not recommend going to this place at all. This guy should NOT be allowed to work here

Absolutely horrible customer service, went to get my child's passport photos taken only to have them come out completely wrong. I took the photos to a different post office where they told me to go get a refund because of all the issues. I was refused a full refund when I took them back but was offered a partial refund if I left the photos to be destroyed, he claimed he wasted an hour trying to take the photos so he deserved some compensation! I was told I could get the photos retaken for free if the application for the passport was rejected but I do not have the time to wait for the results to come back and then try again.

Slow, rude and incredibly incompetent. I received a slip and an email to collect my post along here 3 days earlier, but the actual parcel was delivered yesterday without my knowledge. Instead of explaining the situation, the man inferred that I was dull for not remembering that I had collected the parcel (which I didn’t) and completely ignored my inquiries as to why a slip was given in the first place if the parcel was going to be delivered a few days later anyways.

I came here to do my passport. No issues and application was submitted until after 60 days of waiting, I was told that there was a missing sign and date that the post office worker failed to point out as necessary. Now my application is refused and causing delay and I might miss out on going to my honeymoon. Thanks a lot for failing to pay attention and failing to do your simple job.

I showed an employee what i need posted and was given a $10 special envolope. The parcel was returned to sender as it was the wrong envolope. When i expessed my dissatisfaction with the employee, she called her boss who told me it didn't happen in his shop. I asked if he thought i was lying he said he thought i was making up a story to get my $10 back.. Surfice to say i have never returned to the shop. I also gave them the date and time of the transaction so he could view the video but he said he was not willing to investigate his wife

Abosolute horrible service, discriminative to people with two names and cultures/backgrounds. Refused to give my item that i paid for, even after i could prove my english name via FB, my purchase order, account name where i purchased from, the aus post collection email. Well sorry i just moved here and my address hasnt changed over on my i.d. I tried showing the bloke, he said no i dont want to see to bad needs to match I.D. Absolutle joke, the previous owners were so good, this isnt the first time ive had issues here and i know other people who have. Now the seller has deemed that ive collected it since the post scanned my barcode in the collect auspost email, i dont get refund and the post wont give my item, absolute rubbish.
