My son and his friends had the best birthday party with Ma’am Gaye. She has created a lot of games for them to have fun. I am amaze at how Ma’am can remember all the kids name from the beginning and how she can engage the kids even though they are not in the same age group.

At the end, everyone wish the party could keep going for longer even though it’s been three hours of non-stop play time! I would definitely recommend having your next birthday party here!

Absolutely amazing! My 3 children train under Ma'am Gaye and it's been the best experience. Everything you'd want a child to learn can be found at this martial arts school. Ma'am is firm, yet so kind. I can't speak more highly than this.

Love love love this place!!! Mame Gaye is just amazing with the kids. She engages them all, makes it so much fun and teaches them so much! I couldn’t recommend her more highly. My son loves her classes and we travel far every week just to come to her.

Can absolutely recommend. My son has been attending classes for a year and it's so wonderful! He had increased in confidence, strength, body awareness and awareness of his capabilities in social situations.
It's also super fun, and they have a great school holiday program.
Ma'am Gaye is a wonderful leader and the older kids who attend and help the younger ones are great role models.
We trialed other martial arts places and this was the best for us, starting with a free trial and personal introduction which really helped my son feel comfortable.

Our Boys have been training with Ma’am Gaye for 6 Years from Primary School & now in high school and they still absolutely love going to training. They have learnt a life skill with Ma’am Gaye who is a passionate, big hearted & firm Instructor.

Our kids have been attending for about 3 years now. It is a great mix of girls and boys, friendly and welcoming, with great support from the teachers and teen mentors. The classes are so much fun but also promote health, self respect and respect of others. Highly recommend Absolutel Self Defense. My teenage daughter and I did 2 terms of Self Defence which was empowering and gave us so much confidence. Ma'am Gaye is a passionate and knowledgable teacher who wants to share all that Hapkido has to offer. This is my children’s second year attending their hapkido classes with Ma’am Gaye and we are all very happy.

It is great that kids can learn something valuable and advance together. Children learn to socialise and communicate among different age groups (which leads to important life skills) and learn to be resilient while they have a lot of fun. I see all the students loving their classes, from the very young ones to adults - all the while they are getting stronger physically and mentally. My kids are taking part in the leadership program, and it is benefiting them greatly.

Gaye is always ready to listen and adjust, she is a wonderful instructor. She considers students as her own and looks after them well. Contact Gaye - you won’t regret it!
