I can't say enough great things about this childcare center! From the moment my daughter started, the staff made us feel like family. They are warm, caring, and truly dedicated to the children's well-being. My daughter has learned so much, from new skills to socializing with her peers, all while having a great time. The facility is always clean, organized, and full of engaging activities. The communication is fantastic—I'm always updated on her progress, and I feel completely at ease knowing she’s in such good hands. The best childcare centre in the whole area. My son attended and settled so quickly in first few days. Brilliant teachers who have a love for their job and kids. Best experience as a parent, most amazing teachers in every room. Everyone is so welcoming and it’s like a big family. Always a smile on their faces everyday. They take the time to talk to parents and the progress of their child the portfolio at end of the year is brilliant. Hard work everyday by all staff. Very accommodating and accepting. Will be sending baby no.2 ima. Few months there too full time. Best childcare centre my son loves it, happy and safe always.

Staff are friendly made the transition easier for me to go back to work knowing that my son will be cared for like I would want. H is always happy come pick up time.staff display any art/crafts around the room which is nice to see. Very caring and considerate to parents wants/needs.

Bad Experience
My daughter got really bad nappy rash while being here, happened twice all within a few months of being there. Had to pull her out and for the last 9 months while in my care she did not get anymore rashes. I believe it was due to poor staff and neglect. I spoke to management and they pretty much tried to make every excuse under the sun as to why this happened and not take responsibility.
My daughter came home a couple of times with SOILED nappies. If this isnt neglect i dont know what is. DONT be fooled by there size and attractive appearance of the centre.

It truly is a state of the art childcare service!!!!
They have the best of everything & am greatful that my boys are able to go there for a couple of wks! Best program, equipment & meals and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Cant wait to return. Few yrs ago i had the opportunity to do my prac there during my diploma studies & it was by far the best centre i wrkd at in entire childcare career.
