I had a very negative experience with the head teacher at this campus. She was rude and unhelpful regarding the units. Each unit allows for 2-3 resubmissions, yet she refused to let me resubmit my work. As a head, she should be supportive of students, especially since we all pay for our education. Everyone has different perspectives, but I believe she intentionally deemed my work unsatisfactory, possibly in retaliation for my report to the TAFE team. Now, she wants me to redo the unit next year, despite my remaining resubmissions. I am considering sending her a legal notice regarding this matter. I do not recommend this campus

Teachers here are really good they care about students . Specially Trisha has been extremely good at teaching . She really want students to learn and grow. All the staffs are very prompt when the assistance is required. I loved studying at Tafe, NSW and i miss the natural environment.

Overall, regarding courses, delivery, teachers, and specific departments, absolutely top notch. Whole different story if the issue is to be handled through Bldg A, Information dept. Bring a bucket full of patience with you. Be warned though that patience alone will not be sufficient. Very very rude lady that should be aware of the wonders of Google reviews. Customer care non existent. And not doing me any favour, you're actually being paid to simply do your job.

Its like a morgue, sad noto see any students(sign of the times?) Was there 2pick a certificate, 2ladies only at reception, no teaching staff, not a happy place of learning to entice students unfortunately

Great collage, computer classes got a brand new lenova desktops. Library is tidy and we'll organised, plenty of study space.
