Management is poor at decision making.

I cleared all the rounds and the offer letter was rolled out. After 15 days the HR team called and said that they do not want me to join as they are on hiring freeze(I had already put down my papers)

I escalated this matter to top management(CEO Srini and founder Sridhar) and HR manager(Divya)called and explained there is no hiring freeze. The hiring manager(BP Sharma) changed his mind.

Dah! When the hiring manager was uncertain why did he roll out an offer? And if he did why dint he stick to it or why did he have to lie?

Growth of the company goes by people who work there, with such poor management with uncertainty growth will seldom happen.
