I worked at EzyLearn and had a wonderful experience during my time there. I found the staff a pleasure to work with, and was always so impressed by their dedication and commitment to helping students achieve their goals. My contact with the students was also always positive - you can tell how much their EzyLearn course has helped them not only upskill and find work, but also gain confidence in their own abilities.

While working at EzyLearn I also reviewed some of the MYOB and Xero Bookkeeping Courses and was blown away by the level of detail included. What particularly stood out to me was EzyLearn updating and refining course content over time, making sure courses were current and met the real needs of students.

Overall my time at EzyLearn was fantastic, and it was a pleasure to work with such wonderful staff and students.

I have just completed the xero complete course. The detail of the tasks were amazing, it is a great in depth course that I enjoyed completing. I already have 2 friends that will sign up once they complete the cert 4 in bookkeeping. Thanks so much Ezylearn for making this course straight forward & easy to complete.

I discovered EzyLearn Courses, as part of my yearly CPE Requirement. I enjoyed the course, it was very informative, offering videos and course information that were easy to follow and detailed enough to cover every possible scenario.

I enrolled in the MYOB Essentials course after a poor experience with another training establishment in Sydney. I spoke with Steve prior to signing up and he was very forthcoming with what to expect with enrollment in their course. The course was easy to follow online with good supporting training workbooks that you were able to download and print to have next to you as you completed the course. I did have one issue with the final module which didnt quite match the training workbook due to the MYOB software upgrade and change. I mentioned this to the team and they were right onto it and advised a new workbook would be available. Great support with questions through various means. Highly recommend this training establishment, will consider doing another course through them in the near future.

Thanks Steve for your cooperation in finding a solution and explaining the issue. You have done everything that I expected to turn this around. I wish many other companies were this good at resolving complaints.

ORIGINAL GOOGLE REVIEW: These guys don't tell you everything before you buy. They have a 30 day money back guarantee however it is not a full refund. They keep $60 which is really steep for them knowingly advertising a MYOB course that does not match MYOB Essentials Account Starter subscription. They have declared that their Essentials training matches ALL MYOB ESSENTIALS subscription types but the training DOES NOT match and you are wasting your money of you trust these guys. The way they managed the refund less $60 was appalling. Wouldn't you think that if they advertised that the training suits all programs and it didn't that I should get ALL my money back? Everyone I have spoken to agrees except ezylearn. Why would they if they can make $60 on deceit? And by the way there is no second side to this story!! EZYLEARN if you wish to contact me to remedy this situation then I'm all ears.
