A true team environment made up of people of all ages, backgrounds & skill levels. There is no ego & everyone comes together to better themselves & their team mates. The coaches, led by Professor James, are first class and give so much to their students, going over and above to help everyone - no matter the age or level. Couldn’t be happier.

Been training here for around 3 years, I can confidently say this is one of IF NOT the best jiu jitsu gym around! Firstly, the coach actually cares, James knows everyone’s strengths and weaknesses and he’s very passionate about his work. James is the perfect balance of making you feel comfortable and welcomed mixed with strict rules and discipline. One of the biggest problems in modern jiu jitsu gyms are the grading systems that are in place because a lot of gyms grade you on time which is far from accurate just to keep you paying your weekly wage. When you get something rewarded to you, you really feel like you earned it which is rare nowadays. 10/10 gym and honestly changed my life from age 16-18.

Absolutely would recommend this place for Bjj. The main instructor Professor James Hampton is amazing and takes care of his students with much guidance and friendliness. He is very dedicated and loves to see his students thrive and develop. The students are very friendly and we have a family type atmosphere with a lot of support. There are some ladies in the house training as well which makes it fun and adds some variety to our adult classes! Come and give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

A friendly welcoming gym for all levels.
Prof. James and the coaches are very knowledgeable, have a strong attention to detail and are very approachable. The community in the gym built by James and the team is second to none, everyone is respectful and caring of each other.
The mats are cleaned after each session and there's air con for a hot summers day.

Awesome, newly renovated gym. There are always black belts on the mats - ensuring that every session is challenging and pushing you to improve. Very welcoming environment for new comers. Head coach James is also great with kids classes.

James is very welcoming. He has a great energy, in-depth BJJ knowledge and a clear passion to both lead the gym and teach the kids. I send my son here, he loves it, then I stay on for the adults class.

Highly friendly Dojo with a fantastic instructor. Newly renovated with fresh mats. Also has kids classes available. Would not hesitate to recommend this gym to beginners or advanced students as James has a very wealthy knowledge of jiu-jitsu.
