My daughter absolutely loves training with Prof Havel and team at Virtue. She trains almost every day. What I love about Virtue are the values, strength, morals and resilience they instil in the children. They teach about body awareness, confidence and self defence which I feel is so important in this day and age. Especially for young girls. The icing on cake is the amazing community that we are now a part of. The kids love playing after training and have formed great friendships. And I have to say, so have I! It’s the best thing that’s happened since moving to the area. Thank you to Prof Havel, Coach Lauren and Tane for all your dedication, love, and passion! We appreciate u all so much!

Virtue Lennox Head has been life changing for our family. Both my girls (currently 6 & 3) and also my husband train multiple times a week. The professor & coaches are absolutely above anything I could ask for as leaders and role models for my children. Virtue Lennox Head is like family to us now. We have trained at other BJJ gyms and nothing compares to Virtue. My 6 year old was shy and very reserved, she has absolutely come out of her shell and now begs to train EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Great people, great vibes! Professor Havel is an incredibly detailed instructor who helps to breakdown the key fundamentals of the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. His passion for the sport makes every class enjoyable. The facility is exceptionally clean and the classes are nicely organized. As well, Virtue's curriculum provides a well balanced combination of self defense and BJJ techniques.

The atmosphere is welcoming; where all skill levels are able to gain new experience at their own pace and within their comfort zone. Professor Havel and Lauren consistently maintain a space where respect between students is important.
