Fantastic library, I had expected that perhaps a regional library would not be able to provide the same level of service but I was very wrong. The Librarians 10/10, I guess they could tell I wasn't local and gave me a complete tour. There was always a computer available and there is Wi-Fi that you don't even need a library number to access.
