I discovered this daycare when I moved to the area and from the moment I spoke to Kirsty, the director, I knew it was the right one for my twins. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming. They are supportive of your child's routines and needs, never pushing anything they are not ready for. The daily updates are thoughtfully written with such detail and you can see they have been observing the children closely all day. I love the daily photos, they brightens my day to see what my children have been up to. All of the educators are wonderful, caring and warm. The children share special bonds and because of them, they put worrying parents at ease - knowing they are in good trusting hands. Thank you for looking after them and helping them develop in a safe environment.

Our son Ethan has been going to Wind in the Willows for over a year now. The educators are truly amazing. We feel they have gone above and beyond to make our son happy to be there. He never wanted to leave our side and was very nervous, but we always felt he was in the best hands when dropping him off. Now he enjoys going. He always talks about the educators being his friends, which is so sweet.
We have recommended the Wind in the Willows to our friends. We are also planning to send our twins there when they are old enough, which is the best review of all. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

The daycare if this best place I have ever taken my son the loves it there the staff are lovely then owner is amazing and all the staff teach the kids how to be nice all thing stuff they do is interactive and fun it's the best little day care if I was U I would rush to get your kid her before the spot is gone I love this daycare so much

A warm and welcoming day care centre from the minute you enter. The director and staff cater to your child's needs and do their very best to ensure you feel heard and happy with where your child is, which I think is paramount in any early education setting. They are also very transparent with parents and keep everyone well informed on all matters. I love the daily photos and updates on what the kids are doing, really brightens my day. Highly recommend.

My son has been coming here since he was 1. From the instant I walked in Kirsty and the team made us feel like apart of the family. Naturally as a mum you want the best for your child so we made the best decision choosing the Willows family. Our onboarding experience was excellent and the care is out of the world. We will be sad to leave once my son goes to school! Would 100% recommend!!!
