She made sure I had regular work and ensured my work assignments matched my skills and past work experiences. Had a very average experience with Rarekind. Went for an interview was told I'd be given a go once I was cleared of injury. Gave the correct certificate a week afterwards and they never contacted me again leaving me in limbo wondering if I should look for other employment or wait for a response. Sent multiple emails to Jordan and Jade to no response, was unable to leave voice messages and was ignored via text. A simple no would've let me move on and find something else rather than waiting for some weeks for a response. Very disappointing situation. Hope this doesn't happen for any future applicants.

I wasn't going to write a review here, but it's been bugging me enough for a number of months now. I wanted to share my experience in the hope that it might be helpful for others considering their services and also to help improve said services.

After applying for a position listed on a job advertising website, I was contacted by Rarekind and invited to their office for an interview. I arrived promptly at the scheduled time but was left waiting for 20 minutes. When the interview finally began, the representative complained that the person originally assigned to handle my case was sick, they seemed a bit annoyed.

The actual interview seemed to be relatively standard, and the representative was polite and friendly after their initial expression of frustration. It seemed to go well enough that a few days later, I received a call asking if I would be interested in having my details passed on to a local company. I enthusiastically agreed, and the conversation remained positive. However, after this point, the communication took a nosedive.

Despite expressing interest, I never heard anything back. My attempts to reach the Tuggerah office were fruitless; they didn't pick up their phone despite a few attempts to call over the following weeks. When I eventually contacted the Rarekind head office, they informed me that the representative I was dealing with at Tuggerah might no longer be employed there, but assured me they would pass on my details and notify the Tuggerah office that I was still actively seeking employment.

Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from Rarekind... until a month later when I received an unexpected message wishing me a happy birthday from the Rarekind team. This lack of professional communication and follow-up left me puzzled.

My experience with Rarekind was a strange one. Whether I unintentionally said something wrong, there was a breakdown in communication or a lapse in their processes, I'll never know. It's disheartening when a potentially promising interaction turns into a series of unanswered calls and unexplained silence.
