Completed a forklift course, training and teachers very good. But unfortunately through a miscommunication I'd let my notice of assessment expire, While waiting for my licence to arrive. This means that the time I spent in the course and the money I spent to do it was wasted. Just starting out self employed was a fair hit to have that time wasted. The action to this problem was to sit the whole course again at full cost. Very disappointed.

I’ve signed up and attended 2 courses 1 being VCAL intermediate and the other being civil construction. Attended VCAL on the day did the tour as we come back we are told because the class of 3 including me is canceled, okay understandable. So they give us alternative courses to do, so I sign up for civil construction I wake up at 6:30am I attend 30 minutes to 8am early so make sure everything is okay only to talk to the main receptionist that the course had been canceled. No emails or phones calls or text messages to let me know that the course had been canceled. 2nd course in a 2 week period that I have tried to do with TAFE and it’s left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. Terrible communication on TAFE part, I’m might try for a 3rd time to see if find a course that interest me. I’ll update this review if that gets canceled to. UPDATE - TAFE went above and beyond to solve help complete my skid steer ticket and it was a absolute pleasure training with Garry

Absolutely the worst experience with a training provider I’ve had in my entire life, unorganised, unprofessional and lazy. Avoid Wodonga TAFE Engineering and get your trade somewhere else if you can. I can’t put in words how terrible they have been for the last 3.5 years

There has been no reply at all to my enquiries. It says it will reply within 24 hours, but assume it won't.
When I used live chat to make an enquiry, the person in charge replied that it would be quicker to call me directly every second, in essence telling me to ask the course teacher directly myself. What is the enquiry live chat for? What is your job then?
It was a very simple yes or no question and they can't even do that.

My course was really good. Nice people and very knowledgeable teachers.

However, in terms of administration, Wodonga TAFE is the most incompetent and useless institution I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Wodonga TAFE and your self proclaimed 'excellence' are two phrases that hardly belong together.

I highly recommend revising your communication methods and ensure everyone in administration gets their facts straight before passing it onto students and other clientele.

I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the lack of  knowledge by your administration staff and their inability to correctly receive, organise and convey information.

Wodonga tafe never respond to many many of my emails, i study via distance so this makes life really hard for me. Have tried ringing them also but havent had much luck. Responding to emails is very important and not having any responses has really made my experience with tafe difficult.
The course and facilities at tafe are ok but communication needs work.

always a stuff around when i have to come to tafe and most of the time they don’t know where my key is, do you’re job properly please bc i’m sick of driving hours and having to wait over an hour nearly each time just to get my room that has already been booked by my workplace
