As a parent, choosing the right childcare center for my daughter was a significant decision, and I am incredibly grateful that we found Kindy Patch Bligh Park. When you think of a childcare, you would expect the care factor I would assume that it comes with the job description.

Although numerous times I have arrived to find my baby siting alone crying or on a highchair crying with the indian worker rushing over only when noticing my arrival.

The baby loses a sock and doesn't have it put back on by the workers and starts developing carpet burn from crawling.

Mosquito bites from lack of supervision.

But when a 9 month old baby is learning to stand you would expect supervision.

Instead I arrived and handed a baby been told " oh she had a bit of a fall and bumped her eye on the corner of the table"

No empathy no remorse just spoken to like kids getting hurt is normal and so is the lack of supervision.

With this level of incompetence I no longer feel my child is safe here.

After numerous complaints my child still remains unsupervised and returning home bruised. While the certain "child career" wasn't present in the room my child was safe. seems Kim Ayla are the only trustworthy careers available.

Our son has been going to Kindy Patch for a few months now and we could not be happier. He had a hard time starting out, the staff have been so attentive to him making sure he is comfortable (and updating me often which makes me feel much better!) My son now has so much fun each day now and I can see his development and skills are improving all the time!

Kindy Patch Bligh Park has always been their second home.
I could not recommend this service enough.

Disgusted in the fact that I have been waiting for a phone call back from head of management from the Kindy Patch Branch. Have put in 3 requests for a phone call back, each time being told I will get a phone call WITHIN 48 hours. I'm still waiting for that phone call.
