I have now completed my second course with Forsythes Training online. The facilitators are a great asset, very helpful and mindful of students needs. The course structure is relatively fast-paced, but certainly manageable with a few computer skills. I enjoyed my training and will be back for more

I was overall very satisfied with Forsythes Training as my training provider. The course was well-structured, and my trainer Di was knowledgeable and approachable, making the learning experience enjoyable and effective. The content was relevant and practical, and the support provided throughout the course was excellent.

The only area where I felt some dissatisfaction was with the time taken to complete the assessment process, particularly the final part. It was longer than I had anticipated, which slightly delayed the overall timeline. However, I appreciate the thoroughness of the assessment process, as it ensured quality and attention to detail. Despite this, I would happily recommend Forsythes Training to others seeking professional and comprehensive training.

I completed the cert 4 in training and assessment this year via zoom and it was so very organised. Forsythes were always so good to deal with and my trainer Di made me feel very comfortable as I was extremely nervous about it. Di was very encouraging throughout the whole course and I found the work to be very manageable while also working part time and being a mum with 2 kids.

Having recently completed the TAE40116 Certificate IV with Forsythes, I highley recommend them to anyone seeking a reputable RTO.
I fully expect their professionalism carries through in all other training they provide.
From my initial course enquiry onwards, I always found the administration staff approachable, friendly, courteous and helpful.
In house training sessions (with several virtual classmates too) were comprehensive and well paced keeping everyone on track.
That said, if you did drop the ball (as did I), student support was always available in a timely manner and quickly got me back on track.
When our class lost our initial trainer, Forsythes provided a new trainer who seamlessly took up the class without any inconvienience or loss of flow.
