I was student at Miller Tafe and I loved it so much it was so much fun and the people were great, however I can't say the same about the call centre employees. I'm 17 and are having issues with Centrelink so I asked them to said me my starting and finishing dates. Which the lady on the phone happy said she would send me however I didn't receive anything. But when I called back to make sure everything was ok I was spoken to rudely. She couldn't find me in the system and couldn't spell my name right even after I spelt it for her multiple times. Then she said she found someone else under a similar name and different number. I have changed my number since and I couldn't remember it. Afterwards I started to get frustrated due to her incompetentce and she said before putting me on hold once again that she would come back to he call once I loose my attitude. I then hung up. I was nothing but polite to her until she couldn't do her job, I need these things for Centrelink so I don't see how they can find me one minute then have no record of me the next. If anything she was the rude one.

I actually enjoyed going here and doing and learning IT and everyone in the class was cool and teachers were good

Very poor teaching, last time i was here (a couple of years ago) there was a total of 4 teachers and only 1 who really tried to teach, the rest wasted no time in just blabing english jargon and not actually explaining things, in the end i learned probably 10% from their class and the rest by myself.

I tried to do a course for building and did 2 years getting failed over and over ,I believe for business.You spent all year studying only to find none of what you learned was in the final exams.After I found out the norm was 8 years to finish 4 year course I quit which was a real shame as I would have been a great builder.Rob Whittaker is a dog ?
