Went to hear a symposium on the honourable Norman Newlin, at Hawks Nest community centre. There just happened to be a extra set of rooms, in a demountable building adjacent to the community centre/hall/ community kitchen, that are there to be used by the community, for many functions! As it used to the local library. On the other side of the centre there is a lovely manicured park with public amenities and tables and chairs where you and your family can sit down and rest and or eat...
