Academic Resources assisted my son with a High School entrance exam. Michaele, Ray and Mary were all wonderful! Michaele, in particular, went the extra mile for us to make sure my son was comfortable and well prepared. My son thinks that "Michaele is the best tutor ever!!" He was quick to check in with us at decision time and couldn't have been happier for my son. I would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Academic Resources for their tutoring services. My son started by taking a practice test for both the ACT and SAT. Bo then discussed the results and recommended the best course of action to maximize my son’s results. After completing half of the private tutoring sessions with Michael and Ray, my son took the SAT. His scores rose significantly from his PSAT and practice tests. He finished his tutoring sessions and took the SAT for the second time scoring 120 points higher. The staff truly made my son have the confidence he needed to accomplish his testing goals. Thank you Academic Resources!

This was our son’s first experience with test prep. From the beginning I was very impressed by the efficiency and flexibility of the signup and scheduling system. Our son’s tutors (Math, English SAT) were focused on helping him but also kind and personable. It was easy for him to connect with them. He felt prepared and ready on test day. Mary, Michaele, Ray, and Bo are wonderful (our son’s word was “awesome”). They are so responsive and willing to help in any way. Our family is truly thankful to Academic Resources. We will actually miss working with them !

Academic Resources was a wonderful part of our children's college application process (2015 and 2020 grads). Both children went to ACT prep and one also did essay review. Bo was fantastic to work with and set realistic expectations for possible score improvement. Mary was also pleasure to work with as well in terms of scheduling. We tried one other service; however, nothing compares to Academic Resources. Tutors Brian & Michaele are fantastic! Mary is a gem and always pleasant and professional in handling all scheduling and questions. AR helped our son A. reach his dream and went from a kid who was unsure he'd get into a decent college to a kid who was offered admission to every target school he applied to. He ended up accepting the offer at a major national university that was recommended by Phil, the college advisor at AR after our consultation with him. Bo and Phil worked with A. and within a few weeks they were able to turn A. into a confident test prep student and got him to increase his ACT composite score by a full 3 points.
