We highly recommend Little Frogs Swim school. My 7 year old (grew up in Covid lockdowns) and 3 year old were terrified of putting their heads under water and non swimmers. After the 1st lesson we saw a huge difference. My 7 year happily put his head under water within 10mins of being in the pool I couldn’t believe it!! Irene is so fantastic with my kids. She is gentle and patient and has made what used to be such a stressful experience so much fun. One of my kids is deaf and wears hearing aids. 1:1 lessons , with no background noise or other kids distracting or screaming… what a God send for our family. My deaf child’s ability to learn at Little Frogs is unmatched. They can’t wait to come here every week. Private lessons are worth their weigh in gold. It is more expensive up front, but they progress so quickly they need fewer lessons in the long run. The environment is very clean and inviting, definitely no public pool germs which as a mum of 3 I’m so grateful for. This is a fantastic option for asthma sufferers as it’s outdoors. The water is heated (actually heated) so even on cooler days it’s absolutely fine for them to jump in, and they always do without hesitation.

We couldn’t be happier with our private swimming lessons! Irene is an incredible instructor—so gentle, friendly, and patient. The way she teaches keeps even the most easily distracted learners engaged and excited - our kiddo! In just a short time, we’ve seen a transformation from hesitation with water to confidently swimming, diving to the bottom of the pool to collect toys, and even enjoying the ocean. The progress has been amazing, and we’re so glad we moved away from a larger organisation. Highly recommend Irene to anyone looking for a fantastic swim teacher!
